I recently stayed at Crofters Cottage for 3 nights and I was thoroughly impressed. The view from the garden was absolutely incredible, even on a cold and rainy day. The house itself was well equipped, clean, and tidy. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The shower and toilet were clean and easy to use. The property had everything I could possibly need, and the welcoming basket was a lovely touch. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Breathtaking views from window. Cozy, quiet inside, despite wind. Kitchen well-equipped. Parking sufficient, but steep drive. Village cattle curious. Would return.

Amazing view from the garden, well-equipped and clean house. Spacious bedrooms and clean facilities. Enjoyed the coastal and hill walking. Had torches, candles, and even a camping stove for the power cut - like a camping trip!
Oh, the beach wasn't right at the end of the garden? Silly me, should've checked the photos better!

Our group of friends had an incredible stay at this picturesque cottage. the views from the spacious sitting room were absolutely breathtaking, with mountains, a loch, and a beautiful beach below. the owner's attention to detail was evident, as the cottage was well-equipped and even included thoughtful touches like fresh flowers on the gate post. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the immaculate condition of the cottage. the kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner's generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk.
The duvet on the bed was a bit too thick for the nearly summer weather.

For the price, the value we got at Crofters Cottage was unbeatable. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The views from the sitting room were amazing, with sunshine pouring in from three sides. The cottage was well-equipped and even had thoughtful extras like washing powder and washing up liquid. The owner next door was friendly and helpful, and the pretty garden with cute flowers on the gate post added a lovely touch. The local walks were enjoyable and the Highland cow quilt cover added a unique charm to the place. our three-night stay here was really good.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

The view from the cottage window was absolutely mind-blowing! We couldn't get enough of it. The spacious sitting room was perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking coastal and beach views. The cottage had all the facilities we needed, and the unexpected power cut was quickly resolved with torches and candles provided. The good Wi-Fi and TV were a bonus, but we mostly enjoyed the superb coastal and hill walking. The location was convenient, with easy access to beautiful beaches and stunning hiking trails. Plus, the lovely welcome basket was a thoughtful touch.
If I had to nitpick, the first part of the driveway could use some repair, but it wasn't a major issue. And despite it being nearly summer, the duvet on the bed was a bit too thick for our liking.

The kitchen was great for preparing meals and the bed was really comfy. The owner even left some snacks and drinks for us, a nice touch. a highlight of my trip!
Hard to think of anything negative.
